Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Standard processing time is 2–4 business days.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5–10 business days.
Express Shipping (Domestic): 2–4 business days.
International Shipping: 10–21 business days (customs clearance may cause delays).

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and delivery address.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your package.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our support team. In rare cases where an order is lost during shipping, we will investigate with the courier and provide a replacement or refund.
